We're looking for an experienced
BILINGUAL
Front Desk Receptionist who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You'll be the first impression for our clients, and your role is crucial in making them feel welcome, supported, and confident throughout their immigration journey. As a Front Desk Receptionist. Your primary duty is to be the bridge between our clients and their immigration journey. You'll provide exceptional service in English and Spanish, ensuring both current and prospective clients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their journey.
Bilingual English & Spanish Required Key Responsibilities:
Bilingual Client Interaction:
Deliver warm greetings and provide exceptional service in English and Spanish, both in person and virtually.
Navigate client needs:
Address inquiries, prioritize needs, and ensure clients receive the proper support according to our established SOPs and protocols.
Virtual Consultations:
Tech-savvy support: Ensure virtual meeting platforms function smoothly and troubleshoot any technical issues. Assist inbound calls and follow ups calls: Answer inbound calls, handle follow-ups for missed calls and voicemails, and direct clients to the appropriate resources.
Excellent customer support:
Provide a warm, welcoming experience for clients in person and virtually, addressing inquiries and ensuring that their needs are prioritized and assisted meeting our current protocols for client support. Assist the clients with electronic signatures and guide them into our digital practices
Client Success & Testimonials:
Engage with clients who have successfully navigated their cases, encouraging and guiding them to leave a Google review or participate in on-camera testimonials.
Administrative Tasks:
Monitor calendared events and maintain a tidy and organized client meeting area, sort and distribute mail, oversee office supplies, and assist with other administrative duties as required. (administrative duties may include assisting different departments as needed)
Customer Service:
Address client concerns promptly and professionally, always aiming for resolution and client satisfaction. Follow up with client concerns and requests: Proactively interact with clients to address their concerns and requests. request feedback on their satisfaction levels with our assistance, response times, and overall customer care experience, all aimed at enhancing our service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Charismatic Personality:
The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and able to establish instant rapport with clients.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom,and basic office software G-suite applications usage e.g Workspace, Calendar, Email, Google Docs, Google Sheets.
Customer Service Excellence:
Proven track record in customer service roles, demonstrating patience, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to
