We are currently seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. Thursday:
8:30 AM•5:30
PM Friday:
8:30 AM•3:30 PM Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls Check patients in and out for appointments Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently Maintain patient records and perform accurate data entry Process invoices, payments, and account transactions Verify account balances and statements Assist with insurance-related administrative tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment Provide general administrative support to the clinical team Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications & Desired Attributes Caring, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and follow-through Ability to remain focused and productive in a busy environment Comfortable spending extended periods on the telephone Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office and basic Excel knowledge preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Previous medical office experience preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Compensation $25.00•$27.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits After 90 Days Competitive compensation based on experience 5 paid sick days annually Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program Paid holidays that fall on scheduled workdays Monthly team performance bonus opportunities Employee Appreciation Day celebrations Birthday recognition and team celebrations Company-sponsored lunches and team-building events Professional development and continuing education opportunities Ongoing training and mentorship Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Employee discounts on hearing healthcare services for immediate family members Supportive, positive, and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled and innovative team of audiology professionals Why Join California Hearing Center?
