Job Duties:

Answering incoming calls Receiving and processing payments via phone and in person Calling clients Sending out daily emails to DMV, Title Companies and Clients Entering data/notes into computer database Filing paperwork Process daily mail

Qualifications:

Prior office experience Strong telephone skills Excellent Communication & Writing Skills MUST be FLUENT in English and Spanish Ability to multi task and stay calm in a high paced work environment Professional customer service demeanor Computer Savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Knowledge of the HawkSoft Program is a Plus Prior Insurance experience is a Plus.
