Answer and direct multi line telephone calls to appropriate person. Provide Administrative support to at least 3 others. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and must possess a positive, cheerful, can do attitude. Our Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome and greet guests who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. The candidate must be able to work alone and in a team environment. Punctuality and attendance are very important requirement for this position. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle all front desk duties, including signing in visitors and maintaining visitor logs Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Maintain organized filing systems and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing office supplies Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries politely and efficiently Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry software Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and staff Knowledge of front desk operations, office management practices, and basic bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred) Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required Join our team as a Receptionist where your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for all.
