What This Role Pays and Offers $50,000 annual salary Performance based bonuses that reward you for doing great work 80 hours of paid time off per year Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days 401(k) with employer match after 6 months A real growth path with more responsibility, higher pay, and more PTO tied directly to your performance A warm, team first culture at a locally owned school that is making a genuine difference in this community Your Schedule Tuesday though Thursday 12:30 PM to 9 PM Friday 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM This schedule is built around the hours that matter most to families. Afternoons. Evenings. The moments when students arrive excited and parents need someone who's on . What You'll Own You'll run the front office like it's yours, because in a lot of ways, it is. You'll welcome every family like they're the most important people in the building. You'll guide new students through enrollment with warmth and confidence. You'll follow up with leads, turn curious inquiries into enrollments, and handle scheduling, billing, and account questions with accuracy and care. You'll coordinate with instructors and leadership. You'll solve problems before they become issues. You'll help set the standard for what an extraordinary experience looks and feels like here. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do. This is a role for someone who sees what needs to happen and makes it happen. Who We're Looking For You're warm. Genuinely warm. You're confident on the phone and comfortable guiding families through enrollment without flinching. You stay calm when it gets busy. You bring energy that lifts the room. Bonus Experience That Helps Front desk or office management. Hospitality, salon, medical, dental, or retail. High volume customer service. Phone sales or appointment setting. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. One to three years in a customer facing or office role preferred. Reliable transportation with the ability to travel occasionally between locations.
