Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines front desk responsibilities with comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients and team members. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization while supporting various administrative functions that keep our office running seamlessly. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional front desk presence Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for accurate record-keeping and bookkeeping Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings for staff and executives with precision Maintain organized filing systems, perform proofreading of documents, and ensure all correspondence is clear and error-free Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and overseeing general office organization Support administrative tasks including typing reports, processing invoices, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and supporting customer support efforts Experience Proven office experience or clerical background with a strong understanding of front desk operations Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer skills Experience with Roofing or Construction permitting Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) are a valuable asset for effective communication Prior experience in Roofing or Construction is a plus but not required Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills Join us in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the administrative backbone of our organization! Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
