Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Welcome community members, guests, and callers with professionalism and ensure each interaction is handled with courtesy and care.
- Respond to questions, concerns, and service requests by gathering accurate details and documenting information clearly.
- Direct visitors and incoming inquiries to the appropriate department or team member based on the nature of the request.
- Enter and maintain records in internal databases and office tracking tools with a high level of accuracy.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance such as scanning documents, filing records, copying materials, and organizing paperwork.
- Keep the reception and front office areas clean, orderly, and inviting for all visitors and staff.
- Manage multi-line phone activity efficiently, including answering inbound calls and routing messages as needed.
- Assist internal team members with general clerical tasks and other administrative support duties as assigned.
