Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management activities. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly. Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office operations. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Support office management by organizing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the front desk area is professional at all times. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, offering information about services or products, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and proofreading. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Experience with multi-line phone systems and office management tasks preferred. Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is a plus but not required.
