Front Desk Agent - Hampton Inn & Suites Hampton Inn & Suites is looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team! If you enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
Position:
Front Desk Agent Location:
Hampton Inn & Suites on the Suisun city waterfront
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in guests with a welcoming attitude Answer phone calls and assist with reservations Handle guest questions and requests professionally Process payments and manage check-outs Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Basic computer skills Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays) Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus but not required
