Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mailings, and document distribution with attention to detail. Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date. Support office management duties such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software, and proofreading documents for clarity and accuracy. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles, preferably as a receptionist or in customer service positions such as medical or dental receptionists. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs. Experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing exemplary phone etiquette. Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and bookkeeping is preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
