You will be the first point of contact for members, athletes, families, and visitors, helping create a welcoming environment and keeping daily front desk operations running smoothly.

Need to know English and Chinese. Responsibilities Welcome guests, check in members, and assist with registration. Answer phone calls, emails, and questions about programs, memberships, schedules, and facility services. Schedule classes, training sessions, and facility bookings. Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records. Coordinate with coaches and staff regarding appointments, schedule changes, and customer requests. Maintain accurate member information and protect customer privacy. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming. Handle routine customer concerns professionally and refer issues to management when needed. Support daily administrative tasks and opening or closing procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Comfortable using computers, email, and booking or payment systems. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred. An interest in sports, fitness, or community recreation is a plus.
