In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. Your positive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism will make a significant impact on our team and visitors alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a dynamic organization. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls efficiently and courteously Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Handle data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintain accurate records for office operations Support office management tasks such as supply inventory and mail distribution Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information about services, and assisting with general administrative needs Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly Experience Prior office experience or clerical experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients Familiarity with office management software or data entry systems is desirable Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while managing multiple priorities Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where professionalism meets efficiency!
