In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive and professional environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and clerical skills while supporting our dynamic team. Duties Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls efficiently Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to support office functions Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Word and EClinicalWorks EHR Handle calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff or management as needed Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, managing incoming mail, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting with basic administrative requests Maintain professionalism with phone etiquette and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth office operations Experience Previous office experience or clerical experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills Experience with EClinicalWorks EHR Bilingual (Spanish - preferred) Proven ability to manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Familiarity with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word only) Experience in customer service or customer support roles that require effective communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required Ability to perform data entry accurately with high attention to detail and proofreading skills Join us in creating a welcoming environment where professionalism meets efficiency!
