Job Summary We are seeking a Part Time Bilingual Receptionist to support a nonprofit organization in Whittier, CA that provides resources and services to families in the community. This is a front desk role ideal for a dependable, customer-focused professional who enjoys helping others, managing a busy reception area, and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. The Part Time Bilingual Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for callers, visitors, families, and staff. - Answer and route a high volume of incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet visitors, clients, families, and staff while maintaining a welcoming front desk environment.
- Provide general customer service support and assist with basic questions or direction as needed.
- Complete data entry and maintain accurate front desk records and information.
- Support daily reception and administrative duties to help ensure smooth office operations.
- Multitask effectively while managing calls, visitors, and clerical responsibilities. Compensation and Benefits

$19.00 to $20.00 per hour.Schedule:
Part time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.Location:
