  • Part-time Join Our Luxury MedSpa Team in Aspen WestEnd MedSpa is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on weekends in beautiful Aspen, Colorado.
We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys all things beauty, wellness, and aesthetics. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, personable, and excited to be the welcoming face of a luxury medspa.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and checking in clients Answering phones, texts, and scheduling appointments Assisting with retail sales and product recommendations Keeping the front desk organized and presentable Supporting providers and ensuring an exceptional client experience Managing client intake forms and appointment flow
What We're Looking For:
Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Experience in medspa, hospitality, beauty, or wellness preferred (but not required) Positive attitude and team-player mentality Weekend availability required
