Our front desk is the first impression every member gets — we're looking for warm, sharp, dependable people to cover key shifts and deliver an exceptional member experience. What You'll Do

• Greet members and visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming front desk presence
• Check members in, answer calls, and handle day-to-day member questions
• Give tours and confidently explain memberships and services to prospective members
• Track and follow up with leads in our CRM / gym software (Wellyx)
• Keep the space spotless — re-rack, clean, and sanitize equipment and common areas
• Complete opening and closing checklists so the facility always reflects a premium standard
• Support the team with small operational tasks as needed One Role, or Two — Your Choice We're hiring to cover the shifts below.

Ideally we'd love one person to take all of them, but we're equally happy to split them between two people — for example, one person covering the weekday afternoons and another covering the weekend mornings. If you can only do the weekdays or only the weekends, still apply and tell us which block you want. Shifts to Cover

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:

  2:00 PM
• 6:00 PM

• Saturday, Sunday:

  8:00 AM
• 1:00 PM There may also be some additional earlier shifts on Thursday and Friday (daytime hours) for the right person who wants more hours — let us know in your note if that interests you. Who We're Looking For

• Tech-comfortable and organized — easy with software, scheduling tools, and a CRM
• Reliable and self-motivated — you show up on time and notice what needs doing
• Passionate about fitness and wellness — you understand and value gym culture Requirements
• Must currently live in Aspen or the Roaring Fork Valley (Basalt, Carbondale, Glenwood Springs) and be able to reliably commute
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. long-term
