In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while contributing to a dynamic team. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors , manage check‑ins, and direct individuals to appropriate staff. Answer and route calls , provide basic program information, and support client inquiries. Assist with scheduling appointments for transition coordinators and maintaining shared calendars. Perform data entry , file documents, and support client record management. Handle mail, packages, and general office correspondence. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and agency privacy standards . Support a trauma‑informed, client‑centered environment for individuals navigating housing, benefits, and community‑based services.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Experience in human services, healthcare, or administrative roles preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast‑paced, client‑focused setting. High school diploma or equivalent; bilingual skills are a plus.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
