Our growing Boulder chiropractic office is looking for an exceptional Front Desk & Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This is not a position for someone who simply wants to sit behind a desk and answer phones. We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can demonstrate some serious workplace kung-fu when things get hectic, and enjoys being part of a team working toward goals. The right person is positive, outgoing, professional, organized, great with people, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities at once. We're passionate about helping our patients reach their health goals, and every member of our team plays an important role in creating an amazing patient experience. What You'll Be Doing Your responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, interacting with patients throughout their visits, account postings and data entry, assisting the doctor with clinical tasks as needed, participating in marketing and community outreach, and helping with general office operations. Previous chiropractic experience is NOT required. We will train the right person. Who We're Looking For Positive, outgoing and professional personality Excellent communication and people skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Comfortable working directly with patients Strong computer and data-entry skills Team-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed Comfortable participating in marketing and community outreach Previous experience in healthcare, office administration, customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required Schedule Approximately 37 hours per week
Monday:
8:20 AM-5:40
PM Tuesday:
9:20 AM-5:20
PM Wednesday:
8:20 AM-6:20
PM Thursday:
9:20 AM-2:00
PM Friday:
8:20 AM-5:20 PM Lunch is from 1:15-2:15 PM on applicable days.
Training begins:
December 1, 2026 Expected full position start: December 15, 2026 Compensation & Benefits 19-23/hour , depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities for achieving office targets. Holiday pay and paid time off are available after 90 days of employment.
