Job Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boulder. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and has experience supporting escrow and real estate transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting escrow processes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Open escrows within 24 hours and ensure clients receive documentation the same day Assist in processing escrows, including funding, balancing, clearing prelims, and client signings Order required documents (demands, loan documents, insurance, etc.) to ensure timely closings Maintain accurate communication records with all parties involved in transactions Notify escrow officers of missing items or issues affecting closings Deposit funds for buyers and sellers within 24 hours of receipt Follow up on transactions through completion, disbursement, and policy issuance Answer and route phone calls with professionalism and courtesy Greet clients and prepare/organize closing rooms Receipt earnest money deposits Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations Perform additional administrative duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Reliable, dependable, and proactive Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and general computer applications Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and confidentiality Preferred Experience Experience in escrow, title, or real estate transactions Understanding of escrow/closing processes, title commitments, and real estate documentation Familiarity with proration, per diems, lender documents, and closing procedures Previous administrative or receptionist experience in a professional office setting The Company is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
