Job Description

Job Title:
Administrative Assistant (To General Manager) & Receptionist About Valley Precast At Valley Precast, we don't just build high-quality products—we build up our community. We are looking for a welcoming, customer-service-oriented Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to be the friendly face of our office and the reliable organizational partner for our General Manager and Service Manager. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00
PM Growth:
Evaluation with potential merit increase after 90 days, plus annual performance reviews.

Direct deposit from day one. Your Role & Responsibilities As the welcoming face and voice of our front office, you will balance customer-facing warmth with behind-the-scenes administrative support.
First Impressions:
Greet and assist walk-in customers (homeowners and contractors) and manage incoming phone calls with a helpful, positive, and friendly attitude.
Executive Support:
Keep our General Manager and Service Manager organized by managing schedules, preparing documents, and streamlining daily operations.
Financial Support:
Handle light accounting duties and data entry using QuickBooks.
Office Maintenance:
Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible. Qualifications & Skills We are looking for a reliable, people-first individual who enjoys a collaborative team environment.
People Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and community.
Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, customer service, or administrative assistant role.
Software Basics:
Working knowledge of QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook ). Openness to
Technology:
Comfortable learning and adapting to modern office tools, including utilizing basic AI software (like ChatGPT) to help draft communications and streamline daily tasks.
Dependability:
