What You'll Do:

Welcome and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude Answer phones and respond promptly to messages Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities Process payments and assist with billing Help keep the daily schedule running smoothly Learn and utilize Dentrix Ascend software
