Serenity Esthetics is a growing business with locations in both the United States and Canada. The hourly rate listed reflects the post-probationary pay. All new hires begin with a 90-day probationary period, after which a performance review is conducted. Team members who meet performance expectations will transition to the standard rate based on their contributions and overall performance. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations Verify and collect client information accurately Assist with client registration and check-in processes Maintain and update client records Handle inquiries and process payments Coordinate with team members to ensure a smooth appointment flow Deliver a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive client experience Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a spa or similar front desk role is an asset Retail experience and an understanding of client satisfaction Proficiency with phone systems, scheduling software, and office equipment Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of general office procedures and operations
