ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of six. We offer unlimited PTO, group health, dental, and vision insurance, an employer retirement plan with matching contributions, and fun company merch to show our team spirit. I've been serving State Farm customers for over 35 years, including 18 years as an agency owner. Supporting our community is a core part of what we do. We sponsor Chaparral High School Girls' Soccer and Heritage High School Girls' Softball teams, and I serve on the business curriculum advisory board at Thomas Jefferson High School, where we've hosted interns for the past three years. Our agency also donates to and supports organizations like the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Special Olympics, Kidney Foundation Walk, and We Do Not Waste Food Bank. ROLE DESCRIPTION

Sean Slater - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
