Receptionist Job Description The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the office, creating a welcoming and professional experience for employees, visitors, and clients. Responsibilities Manage daily front-desk operations and create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Perform administrative tasks and provide office coordination support. Manage email and calendar scheduling, ensuring efficient communication and organization. Prepare for events and meetings, including scheduling support for larger groups. Handle mail and manage incoming and outgoing packages. Essential Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong customer service skills and experience in a front desk or receptionist role. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform data entry and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with expense reporting. Inventory ordering and management skills. Work Environment This role offers the opportunity to work with a large national general contractor, with potential for permanent employment and growth within the company. The work schedule is onsite from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with minimal overtime. The environment is stable and professional, with defined processes and strong leadership expectations.
