What You'll Do in

This Role:

Greet and assist visitors in person and by telephone, providing information about Chapman Hill and City attractions, programs, and activities Manage facility access and monitor identification systems Process activity registrations, facility admissions, room rentals, and locker reservations Handle cash, operate computerized cash registers, and complete related accounting tasks Monitor equipment check-outs and assist with merchandise sales Direct visitors to staff, meetings, activities, and programs within the facility Operate computers, telephones, and other office equipment to complete daily tasks Assist with facility policies and procedures and promote safe work practices Assist with inventory, supply orders, and other facility needs Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

You Have:

A high school diploma or equivalent One year of customer service and clerical experience, including cash handling Possession of or the ability to obtain CPR, first aid, and automated external defibrillator (AED) certification Possession of or the ability to obtain a valid driver's license You Will Succeed in

Provide friendly, responsive service while assisting a variety of visitors and customers Stay organized and accurate while handling registrations, payments, cash, and other transactions Communicate clearly and professionally in person and by telephone Can balance customer service with the administrative and operational needs of a busy recreation facility
