Full Job Description Front Desk Receptionist Location:
Glendale (Cherry Creek)
Schedule:
On-site Compensation:
$25-$30/hour
Summary:
Founded in the mid 1980's, this established and growing organization offers a stable, team-oriented environment with a strong reputation in the market. We are seeking a polished and organized Front Desk Admin to serve as the first POC. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and assist with calendar management Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation Order and maintain office supplies and inventory Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, badges, etc.) Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
