  • With RLW, the sky's the limit for your career. This position will train in Frederick, CO for a couple of months and then move to our Greeley, CO location. Position Description The Receptionist essential responsibilities include the list below. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update office calendars and schedule meetings
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, completing print and scan jobs, etc.
Position Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • High School degree / GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of Administration, front desk experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Exceptional communications skills via phone, email and in person
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer Service attitude
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required
