Job Description

Overview Ladner Facial Plastic Surgery is a premier facial plastic surgery and aesthetic practice dedicated to delivering exceptional patient experiences and world-class results. Our Front Desk Receptionist is the face of the practice—warm, polished, organized, and professional. This role combines high-end customer service, administrative excellence, and aesthetic awareness, including responsibility for patient before-and-after photography and maintaining updated visual content. Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Front Desk Operations Greet all patients and visitors with a warm, professional, concierge-level experience. Check patients in and out, verify demographic and information when applicable, and ensure accurate documentation. Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system with professionalism and efficiency. Schedule appointments for surgical, non-surgical, and aesthetic services using practice management software. Provide clear communication regarding appointment prep, post-care instructions (as directed), practice policies, patient consents, and surgery packets. Maintain a clean, welcoming, luxury reception environment. Handle patient payments, collect balances, post charges, and reconcile daily transactions. Photography & Digital Content Capture consistent, high-quality patient before-and-after photos following practice lighting, positioning, and privacy standards. Ensure all photography adheres to clinical documentation requirements and HIPAA guidelines. Maintain a secure, organized digital library of patient images within the practice EMR/photography system. Upload approved before-and-after photos to the website gallery and other designated platforms. Assist in organizing visual assets for marketing use (with patient consent). Administrative & Operational Support Assist with daily office operations, including filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks. Support efficient patient flow by coordinating with clinical and surgical teams. Monitor and maintain lobby inventory (beverages, brochures, skincare displays). Support event coordination, patient follow-up, and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of receptionist or customer service experience; medical, aesthetic, or spa experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury aesthetic practice. Comfortable using photography equipment; willingness to learn clinical photo standards. Tech-savvy with ability to work in EMR/practice management systems (Nextech experience a plus). Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
