Full-Time Be the first impression of a premier aesthetics practice At Park Meadows Cosmetic Surgery & Aesthetics , our Aesthetics team is known for delivering an elevated, personalized patient experience. We're looking for a warm, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our Aesthetics Suite. This is not your typical front desk role—you'll play a key part in creating a seamless, high-touch experience for every patient while supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within a larger plastic surgery center. What You'll Do You'll be the hub of the patient experience—balancing hospitality, organization, and communication: Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and genuine warmth Manage a high-volume phone line, scheduling appointments and consultations with accuracy Guide patients through services, pricing, and current promotions Coordinate daily schedules to ensure smooth patient flow Handle check-out, collect payments, and reconcile daily totals Respond to email and online inquiries Support patient retention efforts (loyalty programs, follow-ups, reviews) Maintain a polished, organized front office and waiting area You'll also become a go-to resource for promotions, products, and treatments—helping patients feel informed and confident in their decisions.
