Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Keeping the office clean, organized and ensuring supply needs are met Greeting all customers during open business hours Opening and closing the office daily Answering all incoming calls Accepting all incoming checks and processing Sorting Mail Scheduling and Collecting Move-In Information Distributing Move on and Vendor Key pick-up Completing / adding new maintenance requests Making new move in / welcome bags Data Entry as needed Additional Administration tasks as needed Qualifications and Skills Must have accounting education or 2-3 years of customer service Strong communication skills, verbal and written Able to prioritize under stress to meet deadlines High level of attention to detail Knowledge of Google Docs and Appfolio a plus Company Henderson Management has been in business since 1994 and is locally owned and operated.
