Mountain View Pain Center is a comprehensive pain management and rehabilitation practice committed to treating the whole patient with compassion, innovation, and teamwork. At Mountain View Pain Center, we believe healing happens best when providers communicate, support one another, and place the patient experience at the center of everything we do.Position Summary:
Greet patients and visitors as they enter the clinic, making them feel welcome and assist with coordination of care using various software/database systems, confirming and scheduling appointments. Answers phones in a professional manner and assists callers with information as needed. Notifies medical personnel of their arrival as necessary, collect insurance information and payments if necessary, and take responsibility for keeping the front reception area clean and organized. Outbound calling to reschedule patient appointments when designated.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Scheduling patients Facilitate Uber rides for PI patients as needed Answering phones Making outbound calls to patients that need to be rescheduled Collecting insurance information Scanning Documents Timely correspondence between departments Minimum outbound re-schedule call attempts Facilitate timely appointment transitions when patients have multiple appointments in one day Other Duties Ensure a clean and orderly reception area Other administrative duties as assignedMinimum Experience & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience a plus Must have proficient computer/typing skills 1 year experience as a receptionist 1+ years medical scheduling Bilingual (Spanish + English) RequiredReliable Transportation Pay Range :
