In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations—ensuring seamless daily flow, supporting high‑performing advisory team, and delivering a white‑glove client experience that sets our firm apart. Key Responsibilities Client Care & Front Desk Experience Deliver service excellence following Ritz Carlton-level hospitality standards. Greet clients warmly and maintain a welcoming environment. Prepare personalized touches such as birthday cards and handwritten notes. Document all client interactions in the CRM system. Conduct light social media research to personalize engagement. Administrative & Office Support Answer incoming calls and route clients as needed. Schedule appointments and manage calendars. Prepare professional correspondence. Process and scan checks, forms, and maintain mail logs. Assist advisors and team members with essential administrative tasks.
