We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our cannabis dispensary team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming experience while ensuring all visitors meet state-required age and identification requirements. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression. Verify customer identification and confirm age eligibility in accordance with state cannabis regulations. Check customers into the dispensary's POS system. Manage the waiting area and customer flow. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general customer inquiries. Assist customers with online order pickup check-in. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Communicate with budtenders and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Follow all state and company compliance procedures.
