Role:
Join Riverside Pediatrics LLC as a Medical Office Receptionist / Office Administrative Assistant, where you will be the welcoming face of our pediatric practice in Greenwich, CT. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service to families and children.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations efficiently. Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality compliance. Process insurance verifications and patient billing inquiries. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations. Support the overall patient experience by addressing concerns and providing assistance.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus. Proven experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and staff. Proficient in using office software and electronic health record systems. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Compassionate demeanor and a passion for working with children. Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends.
