Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will ensure smooth clinic operations, accurate documentation, and a welcoming environment for all visitors. Prior medical office experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in/check-out procedures with professionalism and efficiency Schedule appointments using medical scheduling software and coordinate provider calendars to optimize clinic flow Collect patient information, update medical records, and review documentation for completeness and accuracy Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages Organize lab results, referral documents, and other health information files Utilize computer skills to update patient data Manage front desk operations efficiently by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing office supplies, and supporting office management tasks Join our team where your enthusiasm meets purpose!
