The Per Diem Receptionist serves as a welcoming first point of contact, supporting front desk operations and providing excellent customer service to residents, vistors, and staff. This role requires professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors Answer and direct phone calls; take messages as needed Maintain a clean, organized front desk Assist with mail distribution, supplies, and basic administrative tasks Support guest services (check-in/out, transportation, general inquiries) Use company systems and report technical issues Follow safety procedures and assist during weather-related operation
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Basic to intermediate computer skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Condition of Employment:
Candidate must successfully complete Pre-Employment Medical Clearance consisting of a Physical, PPD, Drug Test.
