Veterinary Hospital Receptionist Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and personable Veterinary Hospital Receptionist to manage front desk operations and deliver outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in veterinary terminology, animal care, and effective communication to foster a welcoming environment for clients and their pets. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and pets with professionalism. Schedule appointments and oversee clinic calendar management. Experience with Cornerstone management system is a plus. Process billing and payments accurately. Maintain confidential and up-to-date patient records. Provide clients with information on pet care and hospital services. Support veterinary staff by preparing documents and materials. Ensure the reception area is clean and organized. Qualifications Experience in veterinary care or related fields preferred. Familiarity with veterinary terminology and medical billing. Experience The ideal candidate will possess a background in veterinary care or related fields.
