Receptionist/con

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is attentive, compassionate, and friendly to work in our team of receptionists and medical records. Daily tasks include answering the phones, relaying messages, scheduling patients, and collaborating with our staff to ensure the office runs smoothly. We are a paper based office which means you will be taught limited software but need a solid background in navigating computer technology. Great for retirees, stay- at- home parent looking to re-enter the work force. Medical terminology is preferred, but will train.
