Description The Receptionist is responsible for greeting everyone who enters the lobby, answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner. The Receptionist also provides information, direction and other assistance to residents, staff, guests, visitors, and vendors while performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications Communicate efficiently in English, using proper grammar, in a pleasant manner. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience at an intermediate level required. Experience with office equipment such as a high capacity copy machine and postage machine is preferred. Accurately complete a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely. High School diploma preferred. Frequent sitting, standing, bending, reaching and carrying items occurs throughout the day.
