Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Office Clerk. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-established healthcare practice by ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage front desk duties, including greeting patients, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing courteous customer support. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using office software. Appointment scheduling Assist with filing, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors. Requirements Excellent Work Ethic People skills to work with patients and co-workers. Excellent computer skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
