Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure a smooth flow of daily activities, creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for office staff or medical/dental professionals Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and organized files Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks Support office management by coordinating supplies, managing incoming correspondence, and assisting with clerical duties such as photocopying and faxing Provide customer support by answering inquiries via phone or email, offering helpful information or redirecting as needed Qualifications 3+ years office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Knowledge of EMR, billing and coding, and insurance verifications preferred Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in organized environments, enjoy helping others, and possess excellent communication skills.
