Decker Capital is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to support our team and help keep daily office operations running smoothly. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment while providing administrative support across the company. The ideal candidate is organized, attentive to detail, and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Welcome clients, investors, vendors, and other visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and route general inquiries to the appropriate team members. Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, and coordinate outgoing shipments and courier services. Keep the reception area, conference rooms, kitchen, and shared spaces organized and presentable. Monitor and replenish office supplies, refreshments, and everyday essentials. Assist with scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and arranging catering. Coordinate with office vendors, building management, cleaning services, and maintenance providers as needed. Support the team with document preparation, scanning, filing, data entry, and record organization. Help track routine office expenses and organize invoices for the accounting team. Assist with new employee workspace setup and office orientation. Help coordinate team lunches, company meetings, and office events. Provide general administrative assistance and follow through on daily office needs. Qualifications Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while supporting a team. Discretion when handling confidential information. A reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work. Experience in real estate or financial services is a plus, but not required. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not required.
