PART TIME Medical receptionist for Pediatric Office in Aventura ( NOrth Miami)

We are looking for a motivated employee who is a hard worker and quick learner, who can work well on a demanding and fast-pace environment.

Part-Time Monday to Friday 9am to 1 pm

Responsiblities:

Front desk duties Check in and check out Answer multiple phone lines Schedule appointments Receive and attach faxes into electronic records Return patient phone calls with messages from doctor Prepare and restock rooms

Bilingual :

fluent in spanish is a plus
