As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This position combines exceptional customer service, organizational expertise, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and positive experience. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the salon's calendar with accuracy. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering a welcoming environment. Promote and sell salon retail products, including educating clients on available packages and membership options. Assist stylists with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering salon supplies as needed. Stay informed on the latest hair care trends, products, and services to offer knowledgeable recommendations to clients. Adhere to all salon policies and procedures to support a high standard of service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a salon or customer service environment is required . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of hair care products and services. A professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor. High school diploma or equivalent required. Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow within the salon environment.
