Front Desk Receptionist

Hairmess Salon, a luxury beauty salon in Boca Raton, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This is an independent contractor (1099) position with flexible hours and great growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and create a friendly, professional first impression Manage bookings: confirm, reschedule, and maintain appointment calendar Handle client communications via phone, text, and email Assist with product and service explanations to clients Support retail sales (with commission on profit) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Prepare and serve beverages to clients Provide daily updates and reporting to salon management

Requirements:

Previous customer service or salon/beauty industry experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Professional appearance and friendly attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment English required (Russian is a plus but not necessary) Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. Independent Contractor (1099) Hourly pay per service hour provided 10% commission on retail profit from personal sales Paid weekly

Part Time Pay:

$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
