Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage appointments, and support daily shop operations. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide a welcoming experience Manage appointments using the booking system (Squire or similar) Answer phone calls, texts, and online inquiries Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area Assist barbers with client flow and scheduling Promote memberships, services, and retail products Handle client concerns in a professional and timely manner Qualifications Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn booking systems Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Bonus opportunities based on performance Friendly and team-oriented environment Opportunity for growth within the company Schedule Must be available to work weekends and flexible hours How to Apply Please submit your resume.
