Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing calls as necessary. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. Schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively, demonstrating strong time management skills. Handle filing and administrative tasks to support office operations. Utilize phone systems and computerized tools for efficient communication and record-keeping. Assist with any additional clerical duties as required to ensure smooth office operations. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies. Requirements Previous experience in office management or as a dental receptionist is preferred. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members. Proficiency in using computer systems for scheduling, filing, and communication tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
