Position Available:

Front Desk Associate / Sales Associate ( Part-Time)

Job Description:

Responsibilities include: Greeting members and guests in a professional, friendly manner Ensuring all memberships are active and up to date Selling memberships and promoting gym services Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries Assisting members with supplements, products, and general questions Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility This role includes cleaning duties and occasional lifting.

Qualifications:

Positive, energetic, and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-driven mindset with basic computer proficiency Reliable, responsible, and able to multitask Passion for health and fitness is a must Prior fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $15/hour or higher (based on experience) + commission Most team members average $17•18/hour with commission Complimentary gym membership Employee discounts on products and services

Pay:

$15.00•$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0•20.0 per week
