Job Description

Warehouse / Logistics Associate Bonita Springs, FL Full-Time On-Site About Us Skeletal Dynamics is an FDA-registered, ISO 13485-certified orthopedic implant manufacturer. We design and produce precision medical devices for surgeons and patients worldwide. Position Overview We're hiring a Warehouse / Logistics Associate to own the physical receiving, storage, and shipping operations of our facility. This is a hands-on, floor-based role — forklift operation, lifting, moving materials, packaging finished product, and coordinating carriers. Responsibilities Physically receive incoming shipments; inspect for damage, count quantities, and verify against packing slips and purchase orders Move received goods to inspection, stock, or point-of-use locations Route packing slips and receiving documentation to the front office; flag discrepancies, shortages, or damage immediately Pack and prepare finished goods for shipment per customer and regulatory requirements Generate shipping labels and documentation (UPS, FedEx) Operate forklift and pallet jack safely and in accordance with OSHA requirements Operate and maintain the facility floor scrubber on a defined schedule Keep production aisles, common areas, and shipping/receiving zones clean and organized Break down and dispose of incoming packaging; manage dumpster, recycling, and outbound waste flow Maintain a 5S-organized warehouse and material handling environment Support inventory cycle counts and move materials between locations as needed Follow all quality system procedures for material handling, traceability, and lot control Comply with
OSHA, ISO
13485, and FDA requirements applicable to the role Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for the full shift Basic computer skills for shipping software and ERP transactions Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documentation Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing, medical device, or other regulated environment (ISO, FDA) Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central a plus) Experience with parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx) and shipping documentation What We Offer Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays 401(k)
