Receptionist Part Time Job Summary We are seeking a warm and welcoming Receptionist Part Time to join our dynamic team at Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation in Bradenton, Florida. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and staff, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our facility. Receptionist Responsibilities Greet and direct visitors, patients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner Answer and respond to phone calls, messages, and emails in a timely and efficient manner Manage front desk operations, including visitor registration, scheduling, and paperwork Provide administrative support to the nursing team, including preparing charts and reports Maintain the confidentiality and security of patient records and information Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed Receptionist Requirements Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a related field Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Work Environment Our facility is located in the heart of Bradenton, Florida, and offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for patients and staff alike.
